No appointments needed...

Appointments are not necessary at our hospitals. We can get busy at times so if possible, call ahead and talk to a staff member so we can prepare for your arrival. Patients are seen on a first come first serve basis; however, we do use a triage system at admission. Patients are prioritized for treatment according to the seriousness of the condition of each animal.
Every patient is examined by a veterinary technician and a veterinarian. After the examination, the doctor will discuss treatment options, recommended testing and cost of care. You will be presented with an estimated cost for the treatment the doctor is recommmending. If your pet is hospitalized, they will be housed in comfortable cages or runs and are cared for by our highly trained staff. At this time a partial payment will be required to begin treatment. Our hospitals close at 7:00AM during the week but it is a good idea to get here by 6:30 to allow time to meet with the attending veterinarian and review discharge instructions. See hospital hours for more information. Final payment is due upon release.
