Fees and Payment

Our fees are typical of specialty hospitals providing after hour emergency and critical care.  An estimate of costs will be given to you before diagnostic work, treatment, or surgery is performed, and an initial payment will be collected at that time.  The balance is due when your pet is discharged from the hospital.

Payment can be made by cash, approved check, and major credit cardsWe cannot take credit card numbers over the phone or business checks.  Unfortunately, we are unable to provide credit or payment options.

Clients requiring credit should obtain this through their bank, credit union or CareCredit.  The CareCredit medical credit company can provide credit in some cases.  It is quick and easy to apply either by phone or on the internet and you will know if you are accepted within minutes.  CareCredit offers the 3 month plan for all fees, the 24, 36, and 48 month for fees $1000 and up, and the 60 month plan for $2500 dollars and up. We do not currently offer either the CareCredit 6 or 12 month plans. To contact CareCredit, call (800)859-9975 or online at www.carecredit.com

Our hospital and staff members are committed to what we do best, providing quality emergency and critical care for your pet.  During the time an animal life is placed in our care, we will offer all opportunities to sustain that life.  If suffering cannot be alleviated, or hope for return to an acceptable quality of life cannot be given, we pledge to convey this with compassion to the animal caretaker.  Our practice is a business and we can only achieve our goals when we manage our business in a financially responsible manner.
